Located in the Town of Middleton, Wisconsin, just off Mineral Point Road, Cherrywood is a rural subdivision of just over 250 homes. Natural amenities abound with our Prairie and Pond Conservancies (owned and maintained by the Cherrywood Neighborhood Homeowners Association), additional hiking trails, a larger Town park complete with soccer and baseball facilities, and a smaller Town park with playground equipment and room for pick-up games. Other Town, County, and State parks are nearby offering additional hiking trails, tennis courts, and more organized sports fields.

While neighbors enjoy the country-feel of our community, they also have the convenience of grocery stores, shopping centers and restaurants just ten minutes away. Cherrywood is also in the top-rated Middleton-Cross Plains Area School District.
