Neighborhood Plat Covenants

Cherrywood consists of 5 plats: Cherrywood (the original development), Cherrywood - 1st Addition, Cherry Wood Estates, Cherry Wood View, and Cherry Wood Park. The plat covenants have expired for all but Cherry Wood Estates. To view the plat covenants, please request them through the Dane County Register of Deeds: https://rod.countyofdane.com

The Cherrywood Neighborhood Homeowners Association provides this information as a courtesy to neighborhood residents. The HOA is not responsible for enforcing the plat covenants since not all plat residents are members of the HOA.
